ਦ ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਮਾਇਨੋਰਿਟੀਜ਼ ਫਾਊਂਡੇਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ USCIRF 'ਤੇ ਵੰਡਵਾਦੀ ਏਜੰਡੇ ਨੂੰ ਪਨਾਹ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਵੀ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ, ਕਿਊਬਾ, ਉੱਤਰੀ ਕੋਰੀਆ, ਰੂਸ ਅਤੇ ਚੀਨ ਵਰਗੇ ਤਾਨਾਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਸ਼ਾਸਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀਬੱਧ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇਸਦੀ ਆਲੋਚਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ।
