ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸੰਘੀ ਜੱਜ ਅਤੇ ਬਰਕਲੇ ਜੁਡੀਸ਼ੀਅਲ ਇੰਸਟੀਚਿਊਟ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਕ ਜੇਰੇਮੀ ਫੋਗੇਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਚੁਟਕਨ ਨੂੰ 6 ਜਨਵਰੀ, 2021 ਨੂੰ ਯੂਐਸ ਕੈਪੀਟਲ 'ਤੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਮਰਥਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਟਰੰਪ ਦੇ ਜਨਤਕ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਲੇਸ਼ਣ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਜੱਜ ਤਾਨਿਆ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਸ 'ਤੇ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਚਲਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸ 'ਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ।
