ਉਸ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਪੁਲਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਚ ਕੇ ਫਰਾਰ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਨ, ਹੈਰੋਇਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਥਮਫੈਟਾਮਿਨ ਰੱਖਣ, ਖਤਰਨਾਕ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਗੱਡੀ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਵਰਗੇ 19 ਦੋਸ਼ ਆਇਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਨਾਖਤ 29 ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਲਵਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਜੋਂ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
