ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਡੈਮੋਕਰੇਸੀ ਫਾਰਵਰਡ (ਡੀ. ਐੱਫ.) ਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੰਗਠਨ ਨੇ ਦਾਇਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਨੀਤੀ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਵਾਸੀ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਰ ਦਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
