ਇਸ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਨੇਵੀ ਪੀਅਰ ਗਲੋਬਲ ਕਨੈਕਸ਼ਨਜ਼ ਦੁਆਰਾ ComEd, ਸ਼ਿਕਾਗੋ ਸਿਸਟਰ ਸਿਟੀਜ਼ ਦੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ, ਪ੍ਰਤਿਮਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰੰਜਨ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਫਾਊਂਡੇਸ਼ਨ, ਅਤੇ ਸੂ ਲਿੰਗ ਜਿਨ ਫਾਊਂਡੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਏਕਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਬੜ੍ਹਾਵਾ ਦੇਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਲ ਲਿਆਉਣਾ ਸੀ।
