Pullampara in the Thiruvananthapuram district of Kerala has become the first ‘fully digital literate’ gram panchayat in the country.
Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan made the official announcement saying Pullampara has become a model for all the panchayats in India and noted that digital literacy is essential for people to be able to access Government services and connect to the global knowledge network.
