Mumbai-based entertainment lawyer and entrepreneur Priyanka Khimani, widely regarded as a go-to expert in the Indian entertainment and tech landscape, is the only Indian to make it to Billboard’s Women in Music 2023 list.
Khimani founded Khimani & Associates, a renowned law practice with a clientele full of A-list celebrities, and is well known for her extensive knowledge of music rights. She serves as a valued counsellor to a number of notable figures in the entertainment industry, including the late Lata Mangeshkar, AP Dhillon, Divine, Prateek Kuhad, Shankar Mahadevan, Rajakumari, Tesher, Badshah, King, Arijit Singh, Jaani, and Tesher.
