Democrat delegates cover mouths in Gaza protest during Biden speech

August 2024 630 views 04 Min 18 Sec

Several Democratic National Convention delegates cover their mouths as US President Joe Biden speaks on the first night of the party's gathering in Chicago in protest at his government's stance on Israel's war in Gaza. "We wanted to send the message that we don't agree with what Biden has been doing, he has been funding genocide of the Palestinian people for 10 months now," says Washington State delegate Sabrine Odeh.
