Jersey City Muslims gathered at the Park to offer Eid prayers.

An Eid celebration and prayer was held at Lincoln Park in Jersey City. It was attended by the city's officials and hundreds of local Muslims, who gathered to break their Ramadan fast.

Muslims around the world are celebrating the festival of Eid al-Fitr to mark the end of the holy month of Ramadan. Eid al-Fitr - which means "festival of the breaking of the fast" - is celebrated at the end of Ramadan.
