Padma Shri awardee Dr Sudhir Parikh was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Literature (D-Lit) degree on February 7, 2023, by Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan University (JRN).
The degree was conferred by the University chancellor Prof S S Sarangdevot at JRN's Udaipur campus for Parikh's contribution in the field of social service. Parikh is the chairman of Parikh Worldwide Media and ITV Gold, Indian-American publishing outlets in the US.
