NSF facilitates US-India collaborations in research

The bilateral collaboration aims to advance the frontiers of science and strengthen science and technology engagement between two of the world’s largest economies.

The National Science Foundation (NSF), United States’ federal research agency, as part of its India collaboration program is facilitating joint research projects involving principal investigators from both nations.

As part of the program, NSF director Sethuraman Panchanathan, on Monday announced new awards that will connect researchers from universities across the U.S. with Indian scientists and engineers at several Technology Innovation Hubs (TIHs) supported by the Indian Department of Science and Technology.
