NSA Ajit Doval participates in USIBC's iCET roundtable in Washington

Both governments discussed deeper alignment on technology issues, including encouraging semiconductor supply chain resilience, deepening the two countries’ research and development collaboration, strengthening workforce and education connectivity, among others.

India’s National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval made an official visit to the United States on January 30, 2023 during which he took part in a roundtable discussion on the Initiative for Critical and Emerging Technologies (iCET), a bilateral exercise between the United States and India.

Organized by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's U.S.-India Business Council (USIBC), the event also had the presence of U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo, U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, Ambassador Atul Keshap, president of USIBC and the former Chargé d'affaires to India, and Indian Ambassador Taranjit Singh Sandhu.
