Sprinklr names Amitabh Misra as chief technology officer
Misra will oversee a global R&D team encompassing product development and engineering at Sprinklr.

Sprinklr, a NY-based enterprise software company specializing in unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM) for modern enterprises has appointed Indian-origin executive, Amitabh Misra as its chief technology officer (CTO), effective April 1, 2024.
In his new role, Misra will oversee all Research and Development (R&D) operations globally, encompassing product development and engineering at Sprinklr. Hewill also contribute his expertise in pioneering technology, aiming to foster the company's expansion and scalability and will directly report to Sprinklr founder and CEO Ragy Thomas.

Commenting on his appointment. Misra said, “As a technology enthusiast, I am passionate about building large-scale technology platforms, powered by the latest in AI research, that are uniquely capable of delivering exceptional value for customers.”

With 25 years of experience in constructing large-scale platforms for companies of various magnitudes, Misra most recently served as the vice president of Engineering at Adobe. At Adobe, he supervised a global R&D division for Adobe’s Experience Cloud Platform, managing engineers, product leaders, and AI/ML researchers across India, Europe, and the US.
Prior to his tenure at Adobe, Misra held significant roles including founder and CEO of GOFro.com and positions as CTO, chief architect, and head of engineering at Snapdeal.com. He holds an MBA degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a BTech degree from IIT Kanpur.
Misra's appointment comes at a pivotal juncture for Sprinklr as its clients navigate the digital landscape towards a promising future for Unified-CXM. His strategic vision and extensive experience are poised to shape the next phase of development for Sprinklr and enhance customer experience.
