Intelerad Medical Systems names Vivek Rao as chief consumer officer

North Carolina-based medical imaging software solutions provider Intelerad Medical Systems has appointed Vivek Rao as the chief consumer officer.
Rao’s appointment was announced by the company's CEO Jordan Bazinsky along with Pete Srejovic, who was appointed as the new chief technology officer and Erikka Buracchio who was appointed as the chief people officer.
Welcoming the new executives, Bazinsky said, “As we continue to prioritize client delivery and the client experience, we will bring top talent into the organization and develop that talent to help us serve our clients in the best way possible.”
“We are gearing up to reshape what our client experiences look like in 2024, and we anticipate excellent outcomes and unparalleled satisfaction for our clients,” Bazinsky added.
Vivek Rao has over 25 years of expertise in all aspects of growth and transformation for SaaS delivery organizations. He has led and reshaped teams while driving improvements in field operations, achieving greater revenue growth, navigating merger and acquisition deals, and managing partner relations.
He has served as the senior vice president of customer success at Cloud Software Group, formed through the acquisition of Citrix Systems and TIBCO Software. At TIBCO, Rao oversaw customer success, professional services, customer support, and education and managed services teams, as the senior vice president of global customer services.
He completed his bachelor’s degree in engineering from India’s Bangalore University, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a master's degree in management systems from Clarkson University.
