Colors TV UK premieres new season of ‘NRI Haadsa’

The show will be hosted by TV personality and radio presenter Raj Ghai

Colors TV, the UK arm of Viacom 18-owned Indian general entertainment television channel, has launched season 5 of its popular crime thriller series called ‘NRI Haadsa.’

The show is set to keep the audience hooked with its intense storyline, and interesting characters, along with riveting drama based on real crimes against non-residential Indians (NRIs) in India.

The upcoming season will premiere on March 2 with TV personality and radio presenter Raj Ghai as the host. “Dive into NRI Haadsa Season 5, where crimes birth mysteries, secrets speak, and suspense fuels every heartbeat. Buckle up for the ultimate thrill ride!” read a post by Colors TV UK.

“Crimes that you’ve never heard of. Crimes that make you want to keep your family and friends safe. Cybercrimes, forgeries, honey traps, murders, and much more. I am Raj Ghai bringing you a new season of NRI Haadsa with the kind of crimes that are happening with NRIs…Stay safe and stay alert,” Ghai says in the trailer of the soon-to-be-released season

The show was first launched in 2020 with 14 episodes that showcased stories of kidnapping, mysterious murder, faux marriage proposals, and several other crimes against NRIs.

Govind Shahi, executive vice president and head of international business, IndiaCast Media, expressed his excitement about the upcoming season. “We are thrilled to bring back ‘NRI Haadsa’ for its fifth installment, promising our viewers an adrenaline-fueled experience like never before,” he stated, according to a report.

“The success of the previous seasons is a testament to the show’s ability to captivate audiences with its riveting storytelling and stellar performances. With its international appeal, ‘NRI Haadsa’ will go on-air across all international feeds of Colors in Europe, the U.S., Canada, Middle East, South Africa, and APAC, ensuring that NRIs around the world can tune in to witness the gripping narrative unfold on their TV screens,” he added.

Season 5 of ‘NRI Haadsa’ starts March 2 and will air on Saturday and Sunday at 9 p.m. on Colors TV UK.
