Offering a vibrant mix of traditional North Indian vegetarian dishes such as chole bhature, samosas, chaats, and a wide variety of Indian sweets, the outlet is tailored to serve Indian, Asian, and British tastes alike. The flagship store also offers gifting services, outdoor catering, and a wedding studio.
"We're here to spice and sweeten the UK's wedding season and social events, turning every moment into amazing memories with North Indian flair,” said Monty Singh, founder and managing director of The Montana Global Group. Southall is set to host two more stores soon as part of Phase 1.
Founded in 1905, Bikanervala is a household name known for combining heritage recipes with modern retail experiences. With over 250 global outlets, the UK venture adds to its growing international presence in countries like the U.S. and UAE.
