Mahatma Gandhi's bust was unveiled on January 31, 2023 in Dubai by Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, the UAE's Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence.
At the ceremony, he was joined by Dr. Aman Puri, the Indian Consul General in Dubai, and Sunjay Sudhir, the Indian ambassador to the United Arab Emirates.
