Indian American Dentist and entrepreneur, Kavitha P. Das is one of the recipients of the national DentaQuest award for 2022 given by DentaQuest, a purpose-driven oral health care company dedicated to improving the oral health of all Americans.
The award recognises Das' efforts to improve the health and wellbeing of communities in New York and New Jersey who are prone to chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and oral cancer. According to the organization she works with schools, community leaders and clergy to create awareness and reduce the likelihood of the diseases in the population.
