Kalpana Chawla project announces graduation of top scholars

Under the Kalpana Chawla Scholars program, every year a batch of Indian women with a passion for space studies are provided with funding to attend the two-month ISU’s Space Studies Program (SSP).

The Kalpana Chawla Project for Innovation, Entrepreneurism and Space Studies at the International Space University (ISU) announced the graduation of five top scholars from the 2022 Space Studies Program (SSP) held in Oeiras, Portugal.

The project established in honor of the Indian-American Astronaut Dr. Kalpana Chawla aims to develop strong technical and leadership qualities with talented Indian women in the field of space studies.
