The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth and engagement, collaborating cross-functionally to develop data-driven strategies that connect with caregivers, patients, and community partners. Responsibilities

  • Launch and optimize member acquisition campaigns using data-driven A/B testing
  • Support creation and execution of nurture campaigns and digital engagement strategies
  • Build and maintain dashboards for marketing and funnel performance tracking
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Data teams to enhance awareness and enrollment
  • Develop content for patient-facing, B2B, and social media communications
  • Lead post-production for podcasts and manage social media content calendars
  • Manage influencer/KOL partnerships and community ambassador programs
  • Serve as day-to-day program manager across marketing initiatives
  • Support outreach and relationship-building with local and community-based organizations

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience in digital health or telehealth programs
  • Proven track record managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and experimentation mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly cross-functional remote work environment
  • Experience with ESPs like Braze is a plus
  • Passion for improving dementia care and working in emerging healthcare spaces
  • Startup experience or comfort with ambiguity and iterative processes
