Satwik Dutta, a doctoral student at Dallas electrical engineering at the University of Texas has been awarded the first Quad Fellowship, a multinational scholarship program launched by the governments of Australia, India, Japan and the United States (the Quad) to build ties among the brightest next-generation science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) scholars.
