Indian SaaS businesses to generate US $35 billion by 2027: Report

According to the report, 14 of the 1,600 Indian SaaS startups that have received funding over the previous five years have revenues that are greater than US$ 100 million.

Indian software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies are on track to control 8 percent of the global SaaS market and generate US$35 billion in annual recurring revenue (ARR) by 2027, a report by consultancy firm Bain & Company noted.

"Indian Software as Service companies are poised to command 8 per cent of the global SaaS market, generating US$ 35 billion in annual recurring revenue (ARR) by 2027, growing at 20-25 per cent per annum," the report said.
