The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) has declared that permanent citizens, including a sizable proportion of Indians, are now permitted to enlist in their ranks.
The announcement was made just before Remembrance Day, amid news that Canada's armed forces are having trouble filling thousands of open posts.
