Nishad Singh, an Indian-born former director of engineering at FTX who is also a member, is being investigated for his financial dealings as problems for the failing crypto exchange get worse.
According to reports, Sam Bankman-Fried, the 30-year-old founder of FTX, included Nishad Singh in his inner circle.
