As football fever grips Qatar, the host nation for the FIFA World Cup 2022, the Federation of Indian Nurses Qatar (FINQ) released a musical tribute to connect fans of the sport with the nursing community.

The upbeat dance track named after Panenka, a penalty kick technique in football, is the first ever song to be fully composed, written, sung, choreographed and performed by the nurses after their call for duty.

“The message relayed through the song  is that the nursing community is there to take care of anyone having illnesses while the others can go and enjoy the match with a smile,” Reena Philip, FINQ president said in an interview with New India Abroad.
