Indian education minister holds bilateral meetings, visits schools and varsities in Australia

The Indian minister took up the important issue of pending visas with his counterpart bound for Australia. Clare assured full cooperation in expediting the approval process of the pending visas.

Union Minister for Education and Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Dharmendra Pradhan held a bilateral meeting and co-chaired the 6th meeting of ‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌Australia India Education Council (AIEC) with his Australian counterpart Jason Clare at Western Sydney University (WSU) on Aug.22,2022

The two ministers discussed strengthening cooperation in areas of education, skill development, research, innovation, and entrepreneurship. In an effort to boost collaboration Pradhan invited Australian universities and skilling institutions to set up their campuses in India.
