A total of 3,69,322 applicants with approved employment visa petitions await visas under the EB2 and EB3 categories, a recent data by the US immigration agency stated.
According to reports, technology companies use EB2 and EB3 categories to sponsor visas for immigrant workers and applicants receive a green card or permanent residence on these visas. Managing partner at LawQuest, Poorvi Chothani said it conveys how many individuals are waiting for their visa numbers to get a green card.
