Indian -American groups launches voting campaigns

Indian Americans account for over one per cent of the country’s population and also have one of the highest per capita incomes among ethnic groups.

A US based non-profit institution that is focused on research and awareness, namely The Foundation for India and Indian Diaspora Studies (FIIDS) has launched an campaign to increase the participation of American voters in the US 2022 elections.

Notably, in regards with the campaign, #IndoAmericanVotesMatter goes viral on Twitter.
