India scraps Air Suvidha form requirement for International passengers

The mandatory self declaration form was introduced in August 2020 to control the spread of COVID

The Government of India has discontinued the mandatory rule of submitting Air Suvidha forms for international passengers entering the country effective from Nov. 22, 2022.

"In the light of sustained declining COVID-19 trajectory and significant advances being made in COVID-19 vaccination coverage both globally as well as in India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare has issued revised 'Guidelines for International Arrivals," a notice from the Ministry of Civil Aviation said.
