India, Qatar to jointly celebrate 50 years of diplomatic ties

India-Qatar cooperation is growing steadily in diverse sectors. These ties have evolved and grown stronger and steadier with the passage of time

India and Qatar have decided to jointly celebrate in 2023 the completion of 50 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

This was revealed in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Tweet.

The Indian community the largest expatriate group in Qatar. They contribute to various sectors, especially playing a crucial role in projects associated with the hosting of Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup.
