India issues revised guidelines for international passengers: All you need to know

The Air Suvidha Portal that was earlier discontinued is back and has been made mandatory for passengers arriving from high-risk countries.

The Indian Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has issued revised guidelines for International passengers arriving in the country in the wake of increased COVID-19 threat.

New guidelines mandate pre-departure COVID RT PCR test for all passengers from high risk countries-China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Republic of Korea, Thailand and Japan. The guidelines list a set of protocols to be followed by passengers arriving on international flights as well as at points of entry (airports, seaports and land borders) and shall be valid for all flights landing in India.
