India Corner opens at International Intercultural Center Sao Paulo

India is the fourth country to have its own corner at the international center

The Consulate General of India and the University of Sao Paulo recently inaugurated an India Corner at the university’s International Intercultural Center. The newly opened centre will be dedicated to the dissemination of Indian culture and information in the country.

Speaking at the inauguration, Consul General of India in São Paulo, Manisha Swami said that the corner reflects Indian culture and diversity. “I hope that the academic community will seek to know, read more about India, so that we can develop more activities in common”, she added.
