India and Madagascar to jointly train diplomats

The agreement between the two countries is a step towards realising their common vision of Security and Growth For All in the Region (SAGAR).

The Sushma Swaraj Institute of Foreign Service, Ministry of External Affairs, Republic of India and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Madagascar on Monday, signed an agreement to jointly train diplomats.

According to a news release, the agreement was signed by the Foreign Minister of Madagascar, Richard Randriamandrato and Indian Ambassador Abhay Kumar, during a special ceremony organized at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Madagascar.
