ખોટી ઓળખથી અમેરિકી નાગરિકતા મેળવનારા પાકિસ્તાની સામે કાર્યવાહી, નાગરિકતા રદ કરવાની માંગ

અમેરિકી ન્યાય વિભાગે અદાલતમાં દાખલ કરેલી અરજીમાં વ્યક્તિ પર ખોટું સોગંદનામું, હકીકતો છુપાવવી, જાણતા ખોટી માહિતી આપવી અને ખોટી સાક્ષી આપવાના આરોપ લગાવ્યા છે.

આ કરાર મુજબ કંપનીએ તેની ભરતી પદ્ધતિઓમાં ફેરફાર કરવો જરૂરી છે.
