16 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ 2022-23 ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ 139,914 ਭਾਰਤੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ 2023-24 ਵਿੱਚ 111,329 ਤੱਕ ਘੱਟ ਕੇ 28,585 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ (20.4 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ) ਦੀ ਕਮੀ ਦਾ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
