The Indian Embassy and the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration of Nepal have signed a Memorandum of Understandings (MoU) for the implementation of three High Impact Development Projects (HICDPs) projects in Nepal, one in each of the drinking water, health care, and education sectors.

The three projects, which include building the Shree Janata Belaka Secondary School in the Udayapur District, the Ngonga Thenchowk Chholing Meditation Center in the Soulukhumbu District and the Lisnekhola Tikasung Dangchet Jharlang Water Supply Project in the Dhading District are expected to cost about US$7.7 million.
