The FIFA World Cup 2022 begins later in November in Qatar but the soccer fever has swept Kerala already, as the fans make huge cutouts of football legends Lionel Messi, Neymar Jr., and Cristiano Ronaldo.
The cutouts have been constructed on a river that flows through north Kerala and has attracted attention from all over the world, triggering a spike in the football craze in the southern state.
