External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar explained that American companies are astounded by how much more digital India has become and are generally surprised about the ease of doing business in India.
At a luncheon on Wednesday, US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) President Mukesh Aghi gave Jaishankar a copy of the organization's coffee-table book, ‘We the People', which documents 75 years of the US-India relationship and highlights the Minister's contributions. According to USISPF, it is committed to establishing the strongest possible strategic cooperation between the US and India.
