Vasu Jakkal, an Indian-American technology executive and member of Indiaspora, has been named among Technology Magazine's Top 10 Technology Influencers for 2026, ranking seventh on a global list that includes NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and Tesla CEO Elon Musk. Technology Magazine is a digital publication produced by BizClik Media Group, a global B2B media company headquartered in Norwich, England, that covers technology, AI, fintech and sustainability for senior enterprise audiences worldwide.
Jakkal, Corporate Vice President of Security, Compliance, Identity, Management and Privacy at Microsoft, is the only person of Indian origin to feature on the list. Congratulating her on the recognition, Indiaspora described her as a "passionate, customer-centric and purpose-driven business leader" who has driven transformation and innovation across the technology sector.
