Investment immigration brings billions of dollars into the U.S., helping businesses grow, creating jobs, and strengthening communities. Since the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (RIA), the EB-5 Regional Center Program has attracted over $6.1 billion in investments, boosting urban and rural areas.
President Donald Trump has introduced the "Gold Card" visa, offering wealthy investors a way to gain U.S. residency by investing $5 million. However, there are still many unanswered questions. Will it replace the EB-5 program or exist alongside it? The administration has mentioned that the Department of Commerce might play a role, but no official plans have been announced yet.
