The US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) has announced the appointment of business leaders Ashish Aggarwal and Kondal Anumula to its India Executive Leadership Board.
Aggarwal, executive director at Cummins India, and Anumula, chairman of Tesseract Advanced Systems, will bring industrial, regulatory and defense sector expertise to the forum, strengthening the strategic and commercial partnership, the USISPF said.
“USISPF is delighted to welcome Ashish Aggarwal, Executive Director, @Cummins India, and @KondalAnumula, Chairman, Tesseract Advanced Systems, to the USISPF India Executive Leadership Board,” the USISPF announced on X.
“Mr. Ashish Aggarwal brings deep expertise across public policy, government relations and corporate leadership. Mr. Kondal Reddy adds decades of experience driving innovation and growth in India's aerospace and defense ecosystem. We look forward to their leadership in strengthening the strategic and commercial partnership,” it said.

Aggarwal has been serving as the chief administrative officer at Cummins India since December 2022. In this role, he oversees government relations, communications, facilities, security and corporate responsibility.
Aggarwal brings more than 25 years of extensive experience across various functions, including corporate and government relations, project management, business development and corporate social responsibility.
Anumula, the founding chairman of Tesseract Advanced Systems, has spent decades navigating and driving growth within India's defense and aerospace ecosystems, focusing on domestic technology development and advanced engineering solutions.
