Lubana Singh, an Indian national arrested in Milan, Michigan, has been added to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's online "Worst of the Worst" database as part of an update that included 5,000 additional individuals, the agency announced.

The latest additions bring the total number of people listed on the website, WOW.DHS.gov, to more than 35,000, according to DHS. The department said the database contains information on some of the individuals arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement across all 50 states.

DHS said Singh's criminal history includes synthetic narcotics sales and dangerous drugs offenses.

The website was launched Dec. 8, 2025, and allows users to search records of individuals arrested by ICE. DHS said criminal histories listed on the site include offenses such as homicide, sex offenses against children, driving under the influence, aggravated assault, hit-and-run incidents, drug possession and arson.

“To continue the Trump Administration’s mission of transparency with the American people, DHS has added another 5,000 criminal illegal aliens to the Worst of the Worst website,” Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis said.

“With this webpage, the American people can search through the criminals that we’ve arrested in their communities,” Bis said. “Criminal illegal aliens arrested by ICE include murderers, rapists, pedophiles, and gang members. If you see an ICE law enforcement officer, thank them for removing these thugs from your neighborhoods.”

Among the other individuals newly added to the database are Santos Archaga Mendoza of Honduras, arrested in Newark, New Jersey; Reiniel Parajon Gomez of Cuba, arrested in Miami; Omar Martinez-Reyna of Mexico, arrested in Thomson, Illinois; and Augusto Castillo Recinos of Guatemala, arrested in Conroe, Texas.

The updated list also includes Trong Nguyen of Vietnam, arrested in Rockland, Massachusetts; Alexander Vorjolo of Liberia, arrested in Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Jose Argueta Hernandez of El Salvador, arrested in Alexandria, Virginia; Vladimir Kapnik of Ukraine, arrested in Spartanburg, South Carolina; and Sribounthai Keopanya of Laos, arrested in Nashville, Tennessee.

DHS said the website highlights individuals arrested by ICE and includes summaries of their criminal histories.
