IANT hosts Senior Citizens event at Texas Bharatiya Nivas
The India Association of North Texas described the event as a "heartwarming celebration filled with joy, laughter and togetherness."

The India Association of North Texas (IANT) organized a Senior Citizens Event in Fort Worth, Texas, on May 16.
The event, held at Bharatiya Nivas, an Indian-inspired luxury senior living community located in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area, brought senior community members together to enjoy cultural performances, engaging activities, delicious food and meaningful conversations in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
The organizers described the event as a "heartwarming celebration filled with joy, laughter and togetherness."
As part of the celebration, IANT recognized six Indian-Americans for their contributions to society. Highlighting how their contributions continue to inspire and positively impact generations, IANT presented special plaques to Charan Reddy, Shri Satyan Kalyandurg. Asha Ghate, Kantibhai Wani and Subhash Shah.
In a statement, IANT said, "We are grateful to all the volunteers, organizers, sponsors and attendees whose support and participation made this event truly memorable."
They continued, "Seeing the smiles and happiness shared by our senior citizens was the greatest success of the celebration."

IANT also assured the attendees that it remains committed to honoring and supporting seniors by creating opportunities for connection, celebration and community engagement.
Expressing gratitude to all the attendees, IANT concluded, "Thank you to everyone who helped make this special event a wonderful experience for all. We look forward to many more memorable gatherings in the future!"
IANT has also announced two other community centric events. On June 27, IANT will organize the IANT Volleyball Tournament, a community‑building sports event bringing together players from across North Texas, in Frisco, Texas. Along with this, IANT will also celebrate 250 years of U.S. independence. featuring parades, vendor booths, food stalls and cultural programs.
The India Association of North Texas (IANT) is a 501(c)(3) Non-profit, non-political, non-sectarian organization, established in 1962 and incorporated in 1976, with the primary purpose to serve the cultural and educational needs of the North Texas Indian community. More than 100 Indian organizations are its Affiliate Members.
