Launched this year, MOSAIC is created to fill what its founding partners call “a critical gap” in California’s racial equity infrastructure.
The goal, the coalition says, is to build an equity-centered infrastructure strong enough to respond to immediate threats and powerful enough to push for long-term systems change.
