Pennsylvania-based housekeeping management company, Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) has appointed Indian-American marketing strategist Vikas Singh as its chief financial officer (CFO) as well as executive vice president (EVP).
In the new role, Singh will lead HCSG’s accounting and finance operations while playing a key role in corporate development and investor relations, the company said in an official statement.
Singh, who brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, strategy, and operations, joins HCSG after serving as managing director of leveraged finance and capital markets at Bank of America Securities. His previous experience includes roles at Credit Suisse, Citibank, and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), where he started his career in sales management and marketing.
“Vikas is a highly accomplished finance executive with a proven track record of success," said Ted Wahl, chief executive officer. “His extensive experience and deep expertise in finance will be invaluable as we continue to grow and expand our business. We are thrilled to welcome him to our leadership team.”

Singh holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Delhi, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
