Cognizant announced the appointment of S Ravi Kumar as its CEO and board member on January 12, 2023. Kumar will replace Brian Humphries in both positions with immediate effect.
Humphries will remain with the Company as a special advisor until March 15, 2023, the Teaneck-based firm stated in a stock market filing, "to support a smooth transition."
