Nooyi is an Indian-American corporate executive who served as PepsiCo's former chairman and CEO. She was the first immigrant, woman, and person of color to hold the position of CEO of a Fortune 50 firm.
In the podcast, Nooyi discusses how she became successful in her job, stresses the significance of assisting parents and the journey of working women in raising children, and emphasizes the value of child care as a perk that employers must offer to their staff, a news release noted.
