Boeing will establish a new logistics facility in India to serve its local clients, the company announced in a statement on February 14, 2023. According to the statement, the moves comes as the company aims to offer an effective and affordable servicing solution for regional clients to maintain higher fleet utilisation and mission readiness rates.
As the civil aviation industry continues to grow in India, on track to overtake the U.S. and China as the third largest passenger market in the world, the India Logistics Center is significant and will initailly concentrate on assisting airline customers.
