Kalyani Strategic Systems Ltd (KSSL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Bharat Forge, and Rolls-Royce Marine North America signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), on February 17, 2023, to develop naval propulsion systems for the Indian market.
As per the agreement, KSSL and Rolls-Royce will work together on the design and development, licenced manufacture, pre-and post-sales support, installation, commissioning, testing, and aftermarket services and support of the propulsion systems.
