Austin Consulting Group (ACG) of the United States has presented an investment proposal to the government of Uttar Pradesh (UP) expressing their interest in the construction of the State's Smart City of Knowledge project.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the project was signed by Arvind Kumar , Additional Chief Secretary and IDC (Infrastructure and Development Commissioner) of the state in the presence of UP's Finance Minister Suresh Khanna.
